At B N Reddy Nursery, we take great care in delivering healthy and well-packed plants. Due to the natural and perishable nature of plants, our return and refund policy is as follows:
1. No Return Policy
- Plants are non-returnable due to their perishable nature.
- Once delivered, products cannot be returned.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
- You must provide clear photos or videos as proof.
3. Replacement Policy
- After verification, we will provide a replacement for eligible cases.
- Replacement will be processed based on product availability.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only if:
- Replacement is not available, or
- The issue is verified and approved by our team
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled only before they are processed or shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
6. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Delivery delays caused by courier services
- Natural variations in plant size, shape, or color
- Damage caused after delivery
